In our most recent ISI inspection (results not yet published) the parent questionnaires reaffirmed the strength of our work with 98% of parents saying their child is happy, and 97% believing their child makes good or excellent progress. We offer a range of benefits at KC, including: private healthcare with Benenden Health, retail and gym membership discounts, free lunch during term time, salary sacrifice schemes such as cycle to work and home and tech scheme, among many others. THE POSITION
The position is 40 hours per week, full year. Closing date: 15th February 2026, although if a pool of suitable candidates becomes available before that date the College reserves the right to interview and appoint without further notice.Interviews will be held on 18th and 19th February 2026.
