Summary
N+C Glass, part of the Nicholls and Clarke Group is looking to recruit Production Operatives to join our Fareham factory on a permanent basis due to exciting company growth.
N+C Glass are a highly reputable Glass window manufacturers and have been operating for nearly 150 years. We have vacancies on our fully automated sealed unit line. This is a 40 hour per week permanent role, 7am-3.30pm.

As a Unit line Operative, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
• Operating glass processing machinery and equipment.
• Maintaining health and safety regulations across the factory floor.
• Housekeeping of machinery and work areas.
• Manual handling of glass
• The quality and cleanliness of glass.
• Working on an automated unit production line.
• Cleanliness of the finished product.
To be considered for the role you must:
• Have a willingness to learn (full training provided).
• Be able to work towards a given target.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Be adaptable.
• Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Able to adhere to the company’s policies and values.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit.
• Ability to work on a fast-paced production line.
