Summary
N+C Glass, part of the Nicholls and Clarke Group is looking to recruit Production Operatives to join our Fareham factory on a permanent basis due to exciting company growth.
N+C Glass are highly reputable Glass window manufacturers and have been operating for nearly 150 years. Our Fareham warehouse has vacancies on our night shift 10.30pm-7am Sunday night to Friday morning.

As a Production Operative you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
• Understanding and completing paperwork.
• Operating glass processing machinery and equipment.
• Maintaining health and safety regulations across the factory floor.
• Housekeeping of machinery and work areas.
• Manual handling of glass.
• The quality of glass and work produced.
• Working on either an automated unit production line / a toughened glass production line / Loading of goods in and out / assembling internal frames.

• Have a willingness to learn (full training provided).
• Be able to work towards a given target.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Be adaptable.
• Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Able to adhere to the company’s policies and values.
