An 18-month fixed-term part time Postdoctoral Research Associate position is available at the School of Psychology at Keele University. The successful candidate will join the research project Developing an Art-Based Public Engagement and Advocacy Model for Transforming Social Norms on Gender-Based Violence in the Andean Region (ARTS-CHANGE) led by Dr Huseyin Cakal.

The successful candidate will have experience in co-creative (involvement of and engagement with the entire spectrum of stakeholders) projects. They are also expected to have a strong track record of conceptualising, designing, executing field experiments, qualitative studies, and standard survey-based studies. You will have an advantage if you have demonstrable experience in intergroup relations, mental health and well-being among disadvantaged communities and are familiar with structural equation modelling (cross-sectional and longitudinal designs). Fluency in written and spoken Spanish will be an additional advantage
