We are currently recruiting dedicated and motivated Behaviour Mentors to support schools across Weston-super-Mare. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about helping young people overcome behavioural challenges, improve engagement, and reach their full potential.
Behaviour Mentors play a key role in supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development, working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to create positive and consistent learning environments.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs

Support teachers with effective classroom behaviour management strategies

Implement positive behaviour interventions to encourage engagement and progress

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Experience working with children or young people in schools, youth work, or care settings
