Summary

Focus Birmingham is a local charity supporting and empowering individuals with visual impairment and complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.

We are currently looking for Personalisation Support Workers who are passionate about person-centred care and active support. This is a rewarding role for someone who wants to help individuals with complex needs unlock their potential through meaningful activities, positive relationships, and high-quality support.

About the Role
As a Personalisation Support Worker, you will:
Deliver personalised, engaging, and inclusive support tailored to each individual
Help design and lead activities based on people’s interests, abilities, and goals
Promote wellbeing, independence, and choice in everyday life
Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues
Work as part of a supportive team to ensure high-quality, person-centred care

About You
If you are:
Passionate about person-centred support and active participation
Caring, patient, and enthusiastic
Creative and confident in supporting meaningful activities
A strong team player with good communication skills
