Summary

Are you ready to make a real difference to our London highways infrastructure? Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor based in Picketts Lock Lane where you'll lead a dedicated team while ensuring all projects are completed safely, on budget, and on time.



Location: Picketts Lock Lane, London

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday - some night works required. Flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year + company van + excellent benefits

What will you be responsible for?

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for planning, health and safety, and delivery of high-quality reactive, routine and minor maintenance works.

Your day to day will include:

-Planning and supervising site teams for reactive maintenance, routine works and schemes

-Ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained to the highest level

-Conducting regular site inspections and collaborating with our Health & Safety team

-Managing team development and ensuring all training qualifications are up to date

-Working collaboratively with supply-chain partners to improve standards and share best practice



What are we looking for?

This role of Maintenance Supervisor is great if you:

-Hold a Site Safety Management certificate (SMSTS/SSSTS)

-Have supervisory experience in carriageway resurfacing and highways maintenance

-Possess an NRSWA Supervisor card and have a full driving licence

-Are confident managing fleet operations and ensuring O Licence compliance

-Have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams
