What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering bespoke SEMH interventions to small groups and 1:1
• Supporting classroom teachers with tailored behaviour strategies
• Delivering evidence-based programmes for emotional regulation
• Liaising with external specialists (Educational Psychologists, OT, Speech & Language)
• Monitoring and recording student progress in line with EHCP targets
• Creating engaging, inclusive learning resources under teacher guidance
