What skills and experience we're looking for
Boston Spa Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Attendance and Welfare Officer. This role is of great importance to our work as an academy - the successful applicant will be expected to analyse and identity student absences and take appropriate action to support students back into the academy.
The ideal applicant will have:
• A full, clean driving license.
• An in-depth knowledge of steps that can be taken to support students in improving attendance.
• A passion for education and making a difference.
