Summary
You will join a team who are motivated and passionate about delivering high quality care to our patients. You will work alongside our multi-disciplinary team to ensure treatment is given in line with Trust protocols. Giving and receiving regular reports on the progress of patients, immediately acting on any changes in the patients condition, and reporting them to the relevant health care professional. In this role you will also in conjunction with fellow staff nurses you will provide supervision to members of the team and participating in both formal and informal teaching.
