Summary
We are looking for a Breakfast Club Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.
You will be responsible for:
• Supervising and caring for the children in Breakfast Club, by assisting with the planning, preparation and delivery of a variety of activities
• Interacting with children and overseeing their activities, ensuring safety both indoors and outdoors
• Ensuring children are behaving appropriately and in line with the schools behaviour policy at all times
• Being aware of and responding to Health & Safety issues promptly
• Being a strong, positive role model for the children and other staff• Following the school's policy and procedures on child protection and attending any relevant training provided
• Working with colleagues to set up and clear away the Breakfast Club
• Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Previous experience is not necessary, but you must be willing and able to attend relevant training.
