An exciting opportunity has opened for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing events business at the centre of the UK’s booming pizza and foodservice industry.

You’ll be responsible for driving exhibitor sales for the European Pizza Show — a leading industry event that brings together the most influential and innovative pizza brands, suppliers, and operators from across the UK and Europe.

This role is ideal for an experienced exhibition sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and wants real ownership, visibility, and progression.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

• Selling exhibition stand space to UK-based pizza and foodservice brands
• Actively sourcing and converting new business through outbound sales
• Building and managing a strong, high-value sales pipeline
• Developing long-term relationships with returning and repeat exhibitors
• Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Working closely with senior leadership on sales strategy and growth
• Representing the show at industry events and networking opportunities
• Keeping up to date with key trends and players in the UK pizza market

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience selling exhibition stand space
• A strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Confident, persuasive communicator with strong closing skills
• Highly organised with excellent pipeline management
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, commercial environment
• Professional, resilient, and driven to succeed
• Native-level English communication skills
