Summary
Your new firm
Our client is a well-established UK law firm with a strong national footprint and a growing reputation in real estate, housing, and regeneration. Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, the firm combines ambitious growth plans with a genuine focus on its people.
They are now looking to expand their Real Estate team, creating an excellent opportunity for lawyers who want to work on high-quality matters within a dynamic and growing practice.
Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer to join a highly regarded Real Estate team in Bristol. The team provides a full spectrum of legal services to a diverse client base, including institutional investors, developers, lenders, local authorities, housing associations, and private clients.
You will play a key role in supporting the Housebuilding and Development practice, delivering complex, high-value work for clients such as housing associations, charities, local authorities, and developers. From day one, you'll handle significant responsibility, advising on complex development and investment matters, and contributing to business development initiatives to help grow the practice.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 4+ years' post-qualification experience in real estate law, ideally gained at a national or City firm, with a proven track record in real estate development work and preferably experience in social housing or regeneration. You will bring excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships, combined with strong organisational capabilities to manage deadlines under pressure. A proactive, client-focused mindset and a genuine interest in housing and regeneration are essential to succeed in this role.
What you'll get in return
You'll join a highly respected national firm with a strong presence in the Bristol market, known for its collaborative and inclusive culture. The firm offers an excellent work-life balance, flexible and hybrid working options, and a supportive environment that prioritises both professional growth and personal wellbeing.
This is a dynamic and progressive practice where you'll be encouraged to contribute to business development initiatives and play an active role in shaping the future of the team.
Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, this is an outstanding opportunity for Real Estate Lawyers based in the Southwest or considering a move to the region.
What you need to do now
If you are interested in this role or would like further information, please get in touch for a confidential discussion. If this job isn't quite right for you but you're exploring new opportunities, we'd still love to hear from you.
We would expect a lawyer with the given PQE to have gained the level of experience required, but this does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE
