About the Role

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils across welcoming primary schools in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and keen to make a positive impact on children’s learning and wellbeing.

You may be supporting whole-class learning or working 1:1 with pupils, including children with SEND.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils in the classroom and during small group or 1:1 sessions

  
  

• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and preparation of resources

  
  

• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning

  
  

• Support pupils with additional needs, including autism and ADHD

  
  

• Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

  
  

• Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times

  
  Requirements

  • Experience working with children (school experience preferred)

    
    

  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach

    
    

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    
    

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

    
    

  • Passion for supporting children’s development
