Summary

We are seeking an experienced change professional to fulfil the role of Senior Transformation Officer with key responsibilities for managing programmes and projects and leading on improvement initiatives and benefits management. The role includes a variety of strategic and tactical change activity and will initially be working within the Workday programme team, an exciting Enterprise Resource Planning implementation that will transform organisation wide activity .
We are looking for an individual who thrives on process improvements and embedding change across people, processes and technology to drive efficiencies and enhance our services. You will have strong stakeholder and change management skills aligned with the ability to identify opportunities that are available through digital innovation and process automation.
