Summary

Charles Hunter Associates are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join a Mental Health Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 - year post qualified experience.

About the team:

The Mental Health Team is a supportive and forward‑thinking service working with adults who experience a range of mental health needs. The team is passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred interventions that promote recovery, independence, and positive outcomes.

You'll be joining a well‑established multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, reflective practice and professional development. Social Workers are supported to carry out meaningful work, including Care Act assessments, care planning, risk management, and safeguarding, while working closely with health colleagues, partner agencies, service users and carers.

This role offers a stable contract opportunity to work with a high reputable council who are offering a highly rewarding hourly rate.

About you:

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2-year experience is essential to be considered for this role. Experience within a mental health adult team lends well to the success of this position.
