Summary
Flexible part time cleaning role
We are a small friendly company looking for someone with an outgoing approach who is prepared to work as part of a cleaning team but occasionally work alone.
The hours would suit someone looking for a job within the hours of Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm. Please note though that occasionally you may be required to work outside of those hours.
Requirements:
You must be able to drive and have your own reliable transport.
Reliability and commitment to hours is very important in this role.
You must have good attention to detail as its the detail that counts.
Duties:
The work will consist of cleaning private residences on occasions but the bulk of the work will be carried out on construction sites. A CSCS card is required for working on site and if you don't have one training can be provided to the right person.
Duties to include:
General cleaning of homes (residential and new build)
Cleaning of site welfare units including toilets
Mopping, vacuuming, and dusting fixtures.
Cleaning internal windows and glass partitions.
Waste removal and disposal.
Training and site safety will be provided by us as the employer.
We will provide a company uniform but safety boots will need to be purchased by you so that you get what fits you and is comfortable.
