We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and hard-working individual to join our growing plumbing business. This role is suitable for a Plumber’s Mate, Trainee Plumber, or Qualified Plumber who is keen to learn, develop skills, and work as part of a professional team.
You will be working on domestic plumbing, heating, and bathroom installations, assisting with day-to-day tasks and progressing your skills over time.Key Responsibilities
Assisting with plumbing and heating installations, repairs, and maintenance
Supporting bathroom refurbishments and general plumbing works
Carrying tools, materials, and keeping the work area organised
Following instructions from senior plumbers accurately
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
Ensuring all work areas are left clean, tidy, and safe
Representing the company in a professional and presentable mannerEssential Requirements
Clean, tidy, and presentable appearance
Physically fit and capable of an active, hands-on role
Keen, dedicated, and willing to work long hours when required
Able to take instructions and follow them carefully
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Must have own transport and a valid driving licence
Willingness to learn and improve skillsDesirable (Not Essential)
Previous plumbing or construction experience
Plumbing qualifications or working towards them
Own basic hand tools
CSCS card
