Summary
We are seeking an experienced support worker to provide care and support for a young gentleman in Biford within his own him. The role involves providing support at home and out in the community.
Shifts:
wake nights - 8:30pm-8:30am
Regular rota 3/4 nights a week
Responsibilities:
-Promote independence and choice
-Provide personal care
-Support with medication
-Support accessing the community
-Preparing meals
-Ensuring a safe environment
Requirements:
-Experience in care
-Clear DBS
-Driving is not essential however recommended
