Registered Home Manager (NMC Registered) – £90,000 + Bonus Scheme

This post requires an experienced, nurse-qualified Registered Home Manager who is comfortable operating at a senior level. You will have a strong track record of managing nursing services, leading inspections, and maintaining clinical and regulatory standards in complex care environments.

What You’ll Need
- Active NMC registration (Adult Nurse or equivalent)
- Substantial experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home setting (Minimum 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, inspection processes, and governance frameworks
- Experience managing services supporting complex needs or high-acuity residents
- Confidence leading multidisciplinary teams and making senior operational decisions
Desirable
- Experience within specialist neurological or complex care services
- Additional leadership, management, or clinical qualifications
What You’ll Do
- Hold CQC registration and lead the service in line with regulatory requirements
- Maintain oversight of clinical governance, risk management, and quality assurance
- Lead, support, and hold accountability for the nursing and care teams
- Prepare for and manage CQC inspections, audits, and action plans
- Ensure care delivery supports resident independence, dignity, and choice
- Work with senior stakeholders to maintain financial and operational performance
