Summary
The main duties of the role are:
•Perform high-quality maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles, adhering to standard job times.
•Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA guidelines (if certified).
•Specialise in diagnostics, efficiently identifying root causes and carrying out repairs.
•Continuously enhance technical skills by participating in on-site training, attending supplier and manufacturer courses, and reviewing technical bulletins.
•Communicate with customers about any issues with their vehicles, ensuring professionalism and exceptional service at all times.
•Uphold high standards of housekeeping and comply with health and safety practices.
•Accurately complete vehicle condition reports and job cards.
