Your Core Duties-
Assist with the planning and delivery of vibrant, tailored lessons that cater to a wide range of pupil abilities.

Help students engage with curriculum content and build fundamental academic skills.

Create a nurturing, inclusive learning space that encourages active participation and a genuine interest in education.

Track and document student progress, providing essential support and constructive feedback along the way.

Practical, non-teaching experience in a school setting assisting students.

Highly proficient in both verbal and non-verbal communication, essential for explaining tasks and identifying student needs.

Familiarity with the school environment, including experience with personal care requirements.

A calm, patient approach when supporting students with different learning rates, complex needs, or challenging behaviours.

A valid Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to apply for a new one immediately.

Legal right to work within the UK.
