Summary
Work closely with the Lead SSP, SSPs, endoscopy team, colorectal team, pathology, radiology and the Multidisciplinary Colorectal Team in the Trust(s). Collaborate working with the Programme Hub, NHS England, and Health Promotion colleagues to deliver the highest standard of care. Co-ordinate and provide care for patients participating in the screening programme, including those on FIT, Lynch surveillance and surveillance pathways. Act as a patient advocate supporting informed choices throughout the screening process. Work collaboratively with the team to support health promotion activities to improve access to screening across all communities Populate and maintain the local Bowel Screening Programme database.
