Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Marina Operative to join the team at Premier Marinas’ Gosport Marina in Portsmouth Harbour.

You will be part of a dedicated and friendly team committed to delivering high standards of customer service while ensuring the marina remains safe, secure and well-managed overnight.

Our customers rely on us to provide a safe and secure environment. The role involves regular patrols of the marina and boatyard, carrying out safety and security checks, monitoring access to secure areas, and overseeing CCTV systems.

Key requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should be able to demonstrate:

• Proven customer service or customer-facing experience
• A “can-do” attitude with a flexible approach to teamwork
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Confidence in learning and using computer-based systems

Previous experience in a similar role, along with knowledge of boating and local cruising grounds, would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are committed to supporting your development and helping you reach your full potential.

Working hours

You will work 12-hour night shifts in line with the duty rota, which includes weekends and Bank/Public Holidays. The role will also require occasional day shifts.
