We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Sales Representatives to join our vibrant team at our Call Centre in Barton Upon Humber. If you're confident, target-driven, and enjoy speaking with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be making outbound calls (on a dialler system) to our existing customer base – no cold calling here! Your role will be to engage with customers, promote our products, and help them get the most out of their service. Don’t worry if you haven’t done this before – full training is provided.

What to expect when you join:

You’ll kick off with four weeks of interactive training to get you fully up to speed with our systems and customer approach. Then you’ll jump into the action, making outbound calls, hitting achievable targets, and building great relationships with our valued customers.

Working hours:

Our Call Centre is open Monday to Thursday, 09:00 – 19:00 and Friday 09:00-16:00. You’ll be working a 36-hour contract per week – giving you a better work/life balance with weekends off!
