We are currently seeking committed and experienced Children and Young People’s Support Workers to join our team, supporting individuals up to the age of 18 with their mental health, emotional, and behavioural needs.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping children and young people achieve positive outcomes by:

- Providing personalised care and emotional support
- Building strong, trusting relationships with young people and their families--
- Managing challenging behaviours using calm, therapeutic approaches
- Working collaboratively with other professionals to deliver high-quality support
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills
- Following care plans and contributing to their ongoing development
- Supporting attendance at appointments, education, and everyday activities
- Maintaining accurate records and safeguarding the wellbeing of every child in your care

What We’re Looking For

- 6–12 months of paid UK experience in a similar support role
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
- A compassionate, patient, and caring nature
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (days/nights), including weekends
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
- Enhanced DBS (Child & Adult Workforce)
