Summary


Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is embarking on one of the most significant digital transformation programmes in its history, including the implementation of a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system as part of our MoorConnect programme. We are looking for an experienced and motivatedAssociate People & OD Partnerto support this high‑profile programme and help shape the future of digitally enabled eye care across our multi‑site network.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the centre of organisational change, supporting new ways of working, workforce redesign, and large‑scale staff engagement linked to the successful implementation of our EPR.


As the dedicated People & OD lead for the MoorConnect EPR team, you will:
• Provide a high‑quality, customer‑focused HR advisory service to leaders and staff involved in the EPR programme.
• Support workforce change activities, including job redesign, staff consultation, and new workflow development arising from the EPR implementation.
• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment activity for the EPR programme, including proactive sourcing strategies for technical and specialist roles.
• Work closely with People & OD Partners, managers, Trade Unions and project teams to ensure effective people management, fair processes, and best practice.
• Attend programme meetings and boards, offering expert insight on workforce risks, staffing models, retention approaches, and ER implications.
• Support employee relations casework, policy development, organisational development initiatives, and health & wellbeing activity linked to the programme.
• Analyse workforce data and trends to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
