- Provide personalised support to students with a range of SEND needs, including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges
- Assist in the delivery of engaging, evidence-based lessons and activities that cater to the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement effective learning strategies, adapting resources and approaches as needed
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the monitoring and assessment of student progress
- Promote the inclusion and participation of all students in the classroom and wider school community
- Attend relevant training and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge
- Relevant qualifications in education, SEND, or a related field
- Proven experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility, creativity, and a commitment to inclusive and differentiated teaching practices
- A genuine passion for supporting and empowering students with special educational needs and disabilities
