Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Previous leadership or senior care experience (Team Leader, Senior Support Worker, Deputy Manager, etc.)
Experience in supported living, learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs
Solid understanding of safeguarding and person-centred approaches
Full UK driving licence – must be a driver
Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Desirable:
Experience with CQC inspections and compliance
Experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern or complex needs
What You’ll Gain
The opportunity to lead a larger supported living service with real impact
A supportive, not-for-profit organisation with strong values
