We are looking for a caring and reliable Senior Care Assistant to join our team.
Hours:
Role 1 – 3 shifts over 7 days 7pm to 7.30am (alternate weekends)
Role 2 - 2 shifts over 7 days 7pm to 7.30am (alternate weekends)
Key Duties:
Lead shifts while delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing
Support with personal care, mobility, meals, and use of equipment
Encourage participation in social activities
Contribute to care plans and act as a Key Worker when required
Safely administer prescribed medication in line with policies
Complete and oversee clear shift handovers, escalating concerns appropriately
About you:
Kind, respectful and dependable
Good spoken and written English
Able to work the required hours
Right to work in the UK and able to commute reliably
Have a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
