We are looking for a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team.
Hours:
Role 2 - 17.5 hours per week (1x 8am to 8pm and 1x 8am to 2pm/2pm to 8pm. Alternate weekends)
Key Duties
Provide person-centred personal care and support with daily living activities
Promote residents’ dignity, independence and wellbeing
Monitor health needs and report concerns to senior staff
Assist with mobility, continence care, meals and use of equipment
Support residents to engage in social activities and events
Contribute to care planning and act as a Key Worker as required
About you:
Kind, respectful and dependable
Good spoken and written English
Able to work the required hours
Right to work in the UK and able to commute reliably
