Our Client, a reputable and nationally recognised accident repair specialist, is seeking a highly skilled Panel Beater to join their team in Sunderland. Duties:
- Repair and replace damaged body components on various vehicles
- Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition following manufacturer standards
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the most effective repair methods
- Communicate effectively with MET and Paint technicians to ensure quality standards are met
- Use specialist body repair equipment in a modern workshop setting
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety compliance
- Ensure accurate job documentation and completion within designated timeframes
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective collaboration
Requirements:
- Extensive experience working as a Panel Beater, with a proven track record of quality repairs
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent, or substantial time-served experience
- ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and team working capabilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry
- Flexible approach to working hours and task requirements
