Summary
To support the systematic provision of a high quality specialist Psychology service to people with learning disabilities and behavioural/mental health difficulties, and their families including assessment, formulation, intervention and evaluation. To work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary colleagues within the team and multi-agency colleagues external to the team to achieve the best outcomes for people with a learning disability and those who support them. To utilise research skills to support audit, evaluation and service development. To work within the professional guidelines and overall framework of the Trust and teams policies and procedures To assist in the quality and activity monitoring systems To adhere to the lone worker policy
