We are looking for a Female Support Worker to join our welcoming team in a supported living home that currently supports five individuals (four ladies and one gentleman), all with profound and complex health needs.

This is a varied and rewarding support role where no two days are the same. You'll be part of a dedicated team helping people live full, meaningful lives.

Your support will involve:

- Supporting safer eating following guidelines—small-cut portions (no PEG feeding).

- Providing personal care including washing and dressing.

- Using the Activate model to help people learn, grow, and enjoy new experiences.

- Household support including cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

- Accompanying people on a wide range of interests such as: Meals out, Arts and crafts, Visits from the Music Man, Community days out, long drives, shopping, and town visits.

- Supporting people with managing their money, medication, and daily routines.

- Working collaboratively with families, colleagues, and professionals.

Shifts: You must be fully flexible, working: 7:00am-2:30pm, 2:00pm-9:30pm and at least one sleep-in per week
