Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (field sales experience preferred)
Experience in delivery work and/or familiarity with micromobility services is highly desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence approaching and speaking with people face-to-face
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to work across different areas of London
Basic smartphone literacy (apps, sign-ups, tracking tools)
Responsibilities:
As a Sales & Client Acquisition Representative, you will:
Proactively engage delivery riders across London service areas
Promote company bikes as the preferred solution for delivery work
Convert riders currently using competitor or personal bikes
Clearly explain pricing, benefits, and value proposition
Support riders through the onboarding and sign-up process
Meet or exceed daily and weekly acquisition targets
Collect rider feedback to support sales and marketing improvements
Represent the company in a professional, energetic, and approachable manner
