Summary

Waking Night Care Assistant

We are looking for a Waking Night Care Assistant who would be interested in joining a team of carers working night time shifts from 8pm to 8am, supporting clients in their own home in the Huddersfield area.

What we offer:

Pay from £13.00–£16.00 per hour (bank holidays £16 p/h)
Paid mileage between visits (30p per mile)
Alternate weekends off and rotas given 4 weeks in advance
28 days paid holiday (pro rata) and pension scheme
Paid training and support to gain diploma qualifications

About the role

You’ll support people in their own homes overnight, helping them live independently with dignity and respect. This may include medication support, moving and handling, personal care, meal preparation, light household tasks, and companionship.

About you

We are looking for an experienced carer who has worked waking nights before. You will need to be awake and alert in the property for the entire visit. We do ask that you have a driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
