Salary: £12.34phr
Hours: 24 hours/week 19.00-07.00pm - alternate weekends

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality care to older residents, including those with dementia
• Lead and support care staff, ensuring standards are met
• Contribute to care planning and medication administration (training available)
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold health and safety standards
• Provide cover for other senior staff when needed
Requirements
• NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
• Experience in elderly care and care planning
• Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Kind, caring, adaptable, and trustworthy
• Basic first aid and health & safety awareness
