- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning activities
- Provide 1:1 or small‑group support as required
- Assist with daily classroom routines and behaviour management
- Adapt confidently to different school environments, year groups, and teaching styles
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience supporting children in a primary school or similar setting
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting young learners
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and availability at short notice
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
