**Your Role as Clinical Lead**
As our Clinical Lead, youll play a pivotal role in shaping care delivery, supporting and inspiring teams, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.
**Key responsibilities include:**
* Completing a minimum of two clinical shifts per week on the floor
* Providing weekend and night cover as required
* Participating in the on‑call rota
* Leading, mentoring and developing nursing and care teams
* Championing person‑centred care and continuous clinical improvement
* Supporting safe, compliant and compassionate care delivery
**What Were Looking For**
* Current NMC registration
* Authorisation to work in the UK without sponsorship, or swapping your current certificate.
* Strong clinical expertise combined with confident leadership skills
* A flexible, hands‑on approach to shifts and on‑call responsibilities
