Summary

As part of our Income Maximisation team, you’ll coordinate and manage the Income Recovery Assistants to maximise money owed to ForHousing, through multiple income streams.

What you’ll be doing:
• Managing and monitoring services delivered by the Income Maximisation team
• Supporting the Income Managers to review and implement management strategies and action plans
• Identifying opportunities for training and carrying this out, within the team and across the wider organisation
• Reviewing cases and ensuring compliance with our management assurance framework
• Coordinating appropriate and timely responses to tenant complaints, comments, and compliments
• Supporting Income Managers with collating, analysing, and preparing reports relating to the service
• Deputising for Income Managers

What we’re looking for:
• Excellent communications skills
• Experience in the housing sector, and knowledge of relevant housing legislation and current social housing issues
• Line management experience, managing a large, dispersed team
• Knowledge of universal credit and other welfare benefits, and experience supporting people with multiple debts
