Summary

Trainee Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources team based in Warrington on the United Utilities contract.

Location: Warrington - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Hours: 15 hours per week (work placement role) - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Commercial team, supporting them in delivering successful project outcomes. Your day to day will include:

• Working across commercial and pre-construction departments to gain broad experience

• Assisting with cost analysis, estimates, and the preparation of monthly CVRs

• Supporting with client reports, valuations and payment applications

• Collaborating with operational teams to ensure commercial and contractual compliance

• Learning from experienced team members in a supportive, inclusive environment
