We are searching for a committed, dynamic and enthusiastic Nurse with Paediatric/Neonatal specialist experience to join our Quality and Safety team.

Play an important role within the Women and Children’s Divisional Quality and Safety team, in delivering the Quality and Safety agenda in accordance with local and national policy.
Be involved in management of clinical risk within Paediatrics and Neonatal areas.
Ensure that clinical and non-clinical incidents are identified, reported and investigated , triggering actions and sharing learning to prevent future harm.
Be responsible for co-ordinating the Paediatric speciality annual audit plan.
Participate in divisional meetings as a representative of paediatrics to ensure monitoring and development of the quality and safety agenda.
Be the oversight for Paediatric and Neonatal policies and guidelines, ensuring they remain in date and fit for purpose.
Be the paediatric/neonatal link for the development and implementation of quality improvement projects within the Women and Children's Division.
Work alongside the Practice development teams to ensure training and education aligns to local and national policy.
Demonstrate up to date professional competence and knowledge.
