Summary

Apprentice Data Administrator

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a motivated and organised Apprentice Data Administrator to join our Quality team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is interested in data, organisation, and how information supports decision‑making.

What you'll be doing

You'll work alongside the Data and Performance Manager, learning how data is collected, managed and used across the organisation. Your role will include:

  • Supporting the collection, organisation and presentation of performance data
  • Helping to prepare reports and information for managers
  • Maintaining accurate digital records and systems
  • Responding to internal data and reporting queries
  • Gaining hands‑on experience in a busy, professional office environment within a Further Education (FE) setting

Full training will be provided, and your responsibilities will grow as your skills and confidence develop.

Your apprenticeship

This role includes a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship, which combines:

  • On‑the‑job training in the workplace
  • Off‑the‑job training, delivered in a classroom‑based learning environment
  • Dedicated time during working hours to complete your apprenticeship learning

On successful completion of this apprenticeship, you will be awarded a certificate of achievement for the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard.
