Take ownership of varied commercial properties
Influence improvements to one of London’s most distinctive estates
Gain leadership experience through line management
Be part of an ambitious team driving positive local impact
Key Responsibilities

Help choose new tenants and negotiate lease terms
Oversee car parks, markets and stalls across the estate
Work with Facilities and Events teams to keep things running smoothly
Prepare work scopes and reports for refurbishments and repairs
Keep accurate records and manage property systems
Support consultants with local knowledge and data
Manage the Lettings/Leasing Officer and support new hires
