Summary
This vacancy is for all of the following hours but is availabe as separate day / night role if required.
NIGHT CARER Start 8.45 pm til 8am
Waking nights
Monday night
WEEKEND CARE ( every other weekend)
Saturday 745-21.00, and Sunday 7.45- 15.00 or 21.00
8 residents ( 3 independent)
Support residents with personal care or any help required throughout day ( and the night for night shift and help wirh getting washed/ dressed in morning if an early riser. General housework duties include light Ironing, cleaning 2 wet rooms , lounge , kitchen.
Night carer is a Lone worker with a sleep in staff on site for emergency.
Weekend carer - working with another carer and on call staff to support residents with all aspects of care and enjoying the leisurely pace to the weekend with good food and company for the residents. ( and staff ).
Small home so attracts autonomous staff , to enjoy managing own time whilst providing a first class service to residents and their families.

Profesdional eperience preferred howevee will a person with good insight and willing to lesrn /consider students.
