Job Title: HR Advisor
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Pay Rate: £37000 FTE plus benefits
Contract type: Permanent
Reporting to: HR Manager
Day to Day – Care and Compliance Team
Responsible for:
Supporting and working with the HR Manager and the HR team at 3HUB to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services both to the internal team and to a rapidly growing community of independent case managers and their directly employed care support teams.
Work Location: Remote – homeworking
Tasks Include:
● Supporting the HR Manager to continue to review and develop service delivery.
● Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, escalating complex matters to the HR Manager.
● Support the full employee lifecycle offers, contracts, amendments, annual leave, sickness, leavers and general HR queries.
● Support onboarding processes including RTW, DBS and references.
● Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
● Provide note‑taking and admin support for disciplinaries, grievances and other formal HR processes.
● Liaise with payroll, deputies and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
● Support recruitment activity where required (shortlisting, interview coordination, onboarding).
● Working closely with compliance and the registered manager to ensure all HR processes are compliant with CQC regulations.
About you:
● Minimum 3 years HR experience, including employee relations.
● CIPD Level 3 desirable or working towards it.
● Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
