Job Title: Field Care Supervisor
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and experiencedField Care Supervisorto support the delivery of high-quality care in the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, supporting care staff, and ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct client assessments, reviews, and reassessments in line with care plans

Supervise, support, and mentor care workers in the field
-
Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and observations of care staff

Ensure care delivery meets regulatory, company, and quality standards
-
Act as a point of contact for clients, families, and care staff
-
Support onboarding, training, and competency assessments of new carers
-
Accurately document visits, reports, and follow-up actions
-
Respond to concerns, incidents, or changes in client needs promptly
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a supervisory role within health or social care

Strong knowledge of person-centred care and safeguarding practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

A caring, professional, and supportive approach to leadership

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

Relevant care qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above) [or equivalent]
