At Housing 21 we pride ourselves on being passionate about people and are committed to investing in those who work for us to help them to be the best they can be.

When you work for us, you will be joining an organisation that holds the Investors in People Platinum standard. Our people are our foundation, and we know how important it is to support them to do what they do best, whether through flexible working, learning new skills or being part of a friendly and supportive workplace culture.

We are incredibly proud of the culture we have created and celebrate the positive difference we make to society. If you think you’re ready for a new challenge and able to make a difference, then come and join us!

The role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Officer (ideally, more than five years’ experience) to join our Marketing and Communications Team. Through a combination of new developments and acquisitions, our portfolio is growing – as is the demand for older people’s housing which is why we are recruiting!

We need someone to lead and deliver high-performing marketing campaigns that drive measurable lead generation, helping us reach our target audience and finding new and innovative ways to do so. This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns, manage reporting ?? tracking and analytics, and continuously improve website performance and conversion rates for enquiries.

As part of a multi-disciplinary marketing and communications team you’ll be the link between marketing, design, digital platforms, and sales — ensuring every campaign launches successfully and makes an impact. Whether it’s marketing new or existing Extra Care and Retirement Living properties, producing material to promote new developments and acquisitions, or managing and reporting on data, you will be at the heart of it.

Whilst the role is predominately home based, the successful candidate will be required to visit Housing 21 schemes and villages across England, with occasional overnight stays, as required and attend monthly face to face team meetings, usually held at our Head Office in Birmingham.
