Summary

Hours: Full Time - 35 hours per weekShift Pattern: Monday to Friday with possible weekend work for eventsThe roleWe are currently looking to recruit a Field Based Sales Consultant, South Region to join our Acquisitions, Sales and Partnership team here at Housing 21.Within the role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining an on-site presence including managing the show home and on-site sales office.While the role is mobile the successful candidate will be required to attend multiple sites in different locations and team meetings nationally as and when required.Curious to know more? If you’re looking for an opportunity where you can make a real difference, with an organisation with a strong social purpose, take a look at the job description attached.We’d love to meet you!What we’re looking forThe essential requirements for the role include:Proven track record working as a new homes Sales Advisor for a volume house-builder and/or within a similar role developing mixed tenure communities within the general or retirement sector for at least 3 yearsKnowledge and experience of working on live newbuild developments including managing associated Health and Safety procedures and working collaboratively with site operativesDemonstrable knowledge of legal requirements relating to new plot sales, conveyance process, progress chasing and experience working with Estate Agency work and their practicesKnowledge and experience of independently managing a sales and marketing suite which supports new-build sales and lettingsWhy us?We support our employees to do what they do best, whether that’s through flexible working, learning new skills or being part of a friendly and supportive workplace culture.
