Martinshaw Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Manager to lead our preschool provision and provide high-quality early years education in a nurturing, safe, and inspiring environment.The Role
The successful candidate will:
• Have a strong understanding of the ethos and values of a preschool setting and how young children learn and develop.
• Create creative, engaging, and fun learning opportunities that support children’s development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Lead by example and work effectively as part of a team, building positive and professional relationships with staff, children, and families.
• Be willing to get actively involved with children’s indoor and outdoor play, modelling positive interactions and supporting learning through play.
• Support children with their personal care needs in a sensitive, respectful, and professional manner.
• Oversee the preschool’s admissions process, working closely with parents and carers, coordinating transition arrangements, and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.We Are Looking For Someone Who:
